Together we will be exploring our options for coordination.
The rhythm of gravity and our tensional options of response. We will go upside down and on our hands exploring options in and out of the floor. We will work together and alone exploring our center of gravity and how it can change.
Together we will practice soft acrobatics from the world of capoeira through the lens of the Axis Syllabus®️.
